Here comes the Moss
There once was a time when the Vikings had Bret Favre and they also had Randy Moss. Well that time has come. Yes its true Moss, the big number 84, has returned to the Vikings. Some may view this as a god send because we have needed a wide receiver since Sidney Rice has gone down with his bad hip. Also some may view this as a tragedy because of what happened when Moss played for us earlier. I think this is a blessing. At this time we have no good wide receiver because Rice is out with is hip. Coupled with Bret and Moss' towering desire to play with each other. I think Moss might just save us.

The beginning of your column is unfocused. Remember that the goal is to state an opinion and defend it. Your argument does not become clearly defined until you state, "I think this is a blessing." You should get to the point sooner and spend more time supporting it.
